To support this, we provide a comprehensive return policy that covers our products for a duration of five years. Below, please find the details of our return policy for speakers.

Warranty Period:

All speakers purchased from Centerline AV are covered by a 5-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers normal wear and tear encountered during the intended use of the product.

Warranty Exclusions – The 5-year warranty does not cover:
  1. Abuse: Any form of physical damage, improper handling, or misuse of the speaker.
  2. Over-Powering: Damage resulting from exceeding the speaker’s power handling capacity.
  3. Blown Speakers: Damage due to overpowering, clipping, or distortion.
  4. Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations or modifications made to the product without written consent from Centerline AV.
  5. Accidental Damage: Damage from accidents, negligence, or improper use.
  6. External Causes: Damage caused by external events such as natural disasters or power surges.

Return Procedure:

1. **Request an RMA Number**: To initiate a return, customers must fill out the Return Authorization online form available at [Centerline AV Return Auth Form](https://centerlineacoustics.com/return-auth). Upon review, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued. This number is crucial for processing your return, and no returns will be accepted without it.

2. **Packaging the Return**: Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is securely packed. Customer pays for ALL return shipping costs.

3. **Include Necessary Information**: Please include a copy of your purchase receipt, contact information, and the issued RMA number inside the package.

4. **Shipping the Return**: Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange as per the warranty terms, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or another agreed-upon resolution will be arranged.

Non-Refundable:

  1. Products returned without an RMA number.
  2. Products returned after the 5-year warranty period.
  3. Products damaged due to improper packaging during the return shipment.
  4. Products with damages beyond normal wear and tear or damages caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, or modifications.
